We are looking for Operation Coordinator position one of the HR Consulting Companies in Yangon, Myanmar. The position is to responsible for coordinating and communication between Managed HR Director and client projects.
• Coordinator between clients and vendor for the Organization Development Projects.
• Communication with client team with the guidelines from managed HR Director
• Check and prepare control process of the assigned department
• Keep and update projects’ data systematically
• Liaise with government departments and other organizational concerned for administrative matters as required
• Ensure necessary documents are delivered timely manner to the target places to the right person
• Coordinate with Core Team and functional coordinators of the project
• Any Bachelor Degree holder
• At least (1) year of working experience in secretarial or administrative field
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office package and related business and communication tools
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduate who enthusiastic to learn the OD and HR procedures are encourage to apply
