Responsibilities 工作职责

• 负责标准规范，与人员能力提升，进行各地店长及业务员的管理与培训

• Provide relevant knowledge and mentality training based on the market team’s deficiencies

•Make product training and sales ability training in accordance with the company’s specified indicators

•Prepare comparative data and training based on market competing product information

•Make exam questions, spot checks on trainees, and make second round of training based on the results after the exam

•Communicate training needs and online resources

Requirements

• 学历要求：大学及以上

• 语言能力: 中缅文笔译，口译精通

• 计算机能力: 良好

• 人数要求：1人

• 其他: 要求有1-2年相关培训或销售经历

• 工作地曼德勒

• 能接受出差
