Job Description
We are currently looking for Finance Manager Position with one of the renowned Food and Beverage Franchise Companies in Yangon, Myanmar.
The employer is a leading franchise in the food and beverage industry, with a strong presence in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company
• Work closely with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare accurate tax reports in line with local Revenue Codes
• Undertaking financial risk-assessments
• Management and control of all banking related transactions
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with management to set financial targets.
• Monitor and optimize working capital, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in Accounting and Finance Field
• Prefer to have experience in F&B Business
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, costing, taxation and corporate governance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Fluency in English, with professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication, is an essential
