Job Description

HR and Admin Manager (1 Post / Full Time)

We are looking for HR and Admin Manager with one of the retail shops in Yangon, Myanmar.

Responsibilities

  • Handle salary payment and overtime including collecting and verifying timekeeping information
  • Administer and calculate monthly income tax, SSB charges and other adjustments
  • Prepare and maintain the standard employment contract and handbook for employees
  • Manage shift structure, staff attendance, leave record and personal data
  • Updating and record keeping of employees’ data, contracts and other necessary documents
  • Take part in recruitment and training process
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative duties

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree holder with Certificate/Diploma holder in Human Resource and/or Business Administration
  • Must have more than 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Must have well knowledge in Labor Law
  • Can manage over 300 staffs of the different retail shops
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
